I am a researcher whose work explores the intersections of media, archives, and cultural memory. I hold a Master’s degree in Political Science, specialising in African Studies, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and I am currently pursuing an international M.A. in African Sustainable Communities. My thesis focuses on music repatriation in Iringa, Tanzania, and on how songs recorded during the colonial period may interact with cultural sustainability among the Wahehe people.
I am also a journalist writing on political and cultural topics. My work has appeared in outlets including Haaretz and the international platform FairPlanet, where I cover a range of African affairs issues connected to politics, culture, and society.
